Digital Twins don’t just solve the problem for those who actively choose to license their likeness, the technology actually protects everyone. When we use a licensed Digital Twin, we have a clear paper trail showing exactly who the character is based on and that active consent exists. If someone else happens to resemble the result, we can prove it’s not them, but a specific licensed individual. This creates safety for everyone involved.
